VA Smalltalk V13 on Raspberry Pi window oddity

Hi All,

My Raspberry Pi clock program opens a main window that is a regular everyday window.  This window holds the program and then uses popup windows to be the clock display with text and graphics.  The complicated popup stuff works fine.  The ordinary window in dev V13 on Windows and on the Raspberry Pi with V12, looks normal, with the minimize, maximize and close decorations in the upper right corner.  Now on the Raspberry Pi with V13, the title bar is missing.  That makes it hard to close the window/program and seemingly impossible to move the window.

There is a #titleBar setting that is normally set to #false.  Changing it to #true, brings back the "title bar" (if that is it's name) but greatly messes up the positions of the buttons in the window.
