OSSslDigest issue

I don't know what I have done, but a couple days ago, this call stopped working.
Can someone offer a suggestion as to where to look?

OSSslDigest sha256

This call returns an OpenSSLError in which the hint is:

 'Function not in library: EVP_sha256'

I am using VAST Platform 2023 on Windows.

I am sure it will turn out to be a dumb error on my part, but I cannot do any development

while this is not working, and need a very quick solution if possible!

Hi Heather,

I would go to the Transcript -> Help -> System Configuration Report. When the popup about dumping applications appears, select "No". Then copy, paste and share the contents from the Transcript. More precisely, the OpenSSL lines. Something like this:

OpenSSL Crypto Lib:
CRYPTO_LIB mapped to: libcrypto-3-arm64
CRYPTO_LIB Status Check Result: true
CRYPTO_LIB library version: 3.5.6 Development
CRYPTO_LIB loaded: Z:\Common\Development\VAST\16.0.0arm64-b604\libcrypto-3-arm64.DLL

OpenSSL SSL Lib:
SSL_LIB mapped to: libssl-3-arm64
SSL_LIB Status Check Result: true
SSL_LIB library version: 3.5.6
SSL_LIB loaded: Z:\Common\Development\VAST\16.0.0arm64-b604\libssl-3-arm64.DLL

The issue was related to a problem with my Documents folder.

Everything is working again.

I appreciate the response.  Fortunately, I have dealt with it, but I did lose the day of development time.

Is there any way to move the Environments out of the Documents folder?

This is not the first time that has caused my a little grief.  I'd rather put that somewhere else.
