getting an error while connecting to api

We are trying to connect to VA Dev system from our Dev system . However it seems we are getting an unknown error.

We followed the steps from the following guide, (https://developer.va.gov/)

Can you please help in the resolution or help us to move this forward.

Have you requested OAuth credentials from https://developer.va.gov/apply yet?

What is the error you're receiving?

Are you able to make a cURL request to the authorization endpoint?

Any screenshots or specific calls you are making and error messages would be helpful.
