new script to create ClassCreator skeleton code

Hi, all,

If you don't use cvv8::ClassCreator you can tap delete now.

If you do, then there's a new script you might find useful:

http://code.google.com/p/v8-juice/source/browse/convert/addons/createCCWrapper.sh

it creates the skeleton code needed for getting a ClassCreator-wrapped type up and running.

@Commiters: please feel free to expand it to suit your experiences with CC.
