We’ve officially branched for Chrome version 152.

V8 Version: 15.2.124

If your CL is not included in 15.2.124 (log: https://chromium.googlesource.com/v8/v8/+log/refs/branch-heads/15.2) you might consider merging it into the branch refs/branch-heads/15.2.
