Tree Closed – Unable to Add Test Commit

Hello, this is my first PR. I hope I've opened the right topic.

Unfortunately, since Tree is closed, I couldn't send the test that verifies the Todo I solved. Do you have any suggestions?

Hi,

The tree being closed just prevents from landing CLs, not from starting CQ Dry Runs. However, you need permissions for both of those actions, which you don't have as a new contributor.

I've triggered a dry-run for you (and added a suitable reviewer).
