Applying PartitionAlloc to D8

Hi,

I would like to share the document about how to apply PatitionAlloc to D8:

I wrote 4 ideas in the document and I created 2 CLs to show its idea1 and idea2:

The ideas depend on v8's malloc wrapper.

The idea3, depends on AllocatorShim but I have no idea3's prototype yet. Because AllocatorShim is not a standalone library yet.

The last Idea 4 modifies v8/base/platform/memory.h, but I don't have the prototype yet.
