This is the end of the beginning of v4 existing network to v6!

Now we focus on the docs (problem statement, use case, transition concrete steps etc.) for Sep 22nd telepresence meeting.

We will have pretty idea after Sep meeting to see if a new WG is created as a "cocktail" WG in v4 to v6 transition aspect.
