[PATCH] Guest creator utility

I sent this yesterday but it didn't post. Not sure what is going on.

I'm having two issues with the guest creator utility. The first is a
stream of garbage that gets dumped to the console when building a
guest. This just recently started (I recently changed work
environments), and I'm not going to look into it. This patch addresses
my second issue: invoking the utility with standard out redirected
causes an ioctl error when displaying the progress bar. My solution is
to disable the progress bar if this error occurs.
