Git problems

Dear all,

I'm having problems with your git repo. If I try to rebase I get
something like:

$ git pull --rebase
error: Unable to find 45c35c23611aa07b571e6bd9eafb4a32518ab843 under
http://v3vee.org/palacios/palacios.web/palacios.git
Cannot obtain needed tree 45c35c23611aa07b571e6bd9eafb4a32518ab843
while processing commit b643c150f7a11149cc43ff40d96cfa9c6bbae111.
error: Fetch failed.

Cloning also fails so it doesn't seem to be my local repo:

$ git clone http://v3vee.org/palacios/palacios.web/palacios.git git-new
Cloning into git-new...
error: Failed connect to v3vee.org:80; Operation not permitted
(curl_result = 7, http_code = 0, sha1 =

error: Fetch failed.

Both these operations used to work fine all the time. If I sniff packets
I find that some requests are answered with 200 OK, but many others are
answered with 404 Not Found.

Any ideas? Did anything change? Are you guys also having trouble?
