[PATCH] v3_print_guest_state_all

Dear all,

This patch adds a function v3_print_guest_state_all that calls
v3_print_guest_state for each core, with header and footer lines to
separate it from the remainder of the debug dump. I use this to provide
complete VM state dumps at the user's request.
