Dropout made to join college

Hi All,

We are happy to share that we have paid the fees of Rs 13,500/- for Ganesh who has joined Thiruthangal college.

We had previously verified Ganesh during his 10th standard. He was identified as very deserving student. He is the first generation learner in his family.

Below is the experience of a V3 volunteer who worked with Ganesh.

"I am happy to say we have paid the fees of Rs 13,500/- for Ganesh and would like to share a small experience which happened that evening

Ganesh,from Broadway, called me and said thanks a lot for the timely help. All of a sudden he broke down with tears that he & his family had decided that he will be going to work rather than studying due to his family situation.Even though he wanted to study badly his family situations never gave him an option to do so. He also added that he will try to join some part time job to support his family & also contribute some part for his fee for the upcoming semester.

I was totally happy when he called back and thanked in an emotional way.. My heart was full that we really made a dropout to continue his studies and we would like to help many more deserving students like this in the days to come"

We sincerely thank the donor who contributed to educate Ganesh in a short notice.
