Babel Installer Beta 1

目前实现：
检测系统环境是否能够安装 Babel。
安装前自动备份 cron/core/Settings.php, htdocs/core/Settings.php, htdocs/core/
Vocabularies.php 三个文件。
自动写入 cron/core/Settings.php, htdocs/core/Settings.php, htdocs/core/
Vocabularies.php 三个文件。
自动导入 sql 文件。
首个 node 以及 board 均可以自定义。
安装完成后建立锁定文件，防止 installer 的再次运行。

暂只支持在 Linux 环境下 Babel 的安装。

使用方法：
下载 V2EX Blacksmith 中的 rahab.r3.tar.gz 压缩包，覆盖同名文件夹。
运行 install.php 并按首页提示设置文件读写权限，然后继续安装。

Babel Installer 还在测试阶段，欢迎提出各种意见！

[BUG]暂未能应用 R48 的 InstallCore.php, Google code 以及上面提供的版本仅适用于 R12。会尽快修正。

于 Ubuntu 下安装 Babel R54 成功。
