To whom it may concern,

HTML Purifier 3.1.0 was recently released, and fixes a security
vulnerability. While users of Midgard use PEAR to update their installation
of HTML Purifier, it would probably be a good idea to notify them of the
security issue and tell them to upgrade. Be sure to make sure your code is
compatible with 3.1.0!
