Create a private namespace for V2EX specific features.

Every item in RSS feeds should carry this element:

<v2ex:portrait>http://www.v2ex.com/img/p/1.jpg</v2ex:portrait>

There could be 3 <portrait> elements for 3 different portrait sizes.
