Hey everyone

Deets and I were talking and thought maybe it might be nice to do some sort of gathering this Easter. We had thought about doing Easter activities for the little kids and maybe with the big kids too. Perhaps maybe even a meal whether it’s indoor and distanced or outdoor though it’s still kind of cold

What do you guys think and which day works for you?

I will know on Sunday at 2p whether we are going to Tobermory. If not, we would happily host.

But I should let everyone know, there have been an outrageous number of covid positive cases at our highschool. and more in Anan's school. I'm starting to wear a mask at work so I don't make people at work sick!

Good point. Numbers are going up. Maybe we can make tentative plans. And see how the numbers are.

I heard on the news and Monday to today has had a 40% increase in hospital admissions.
Someone from my team who I sat beside yesterday for dinner and drinks has the 'vid'.  i'm going to get it. It's only a matter of time...

I’m triple vax’ed and I got it. The vaccination doesn’t prevent you from getting it. It lessens the symptoms.

Our infection control guy came by today to talk to all of us (because all of St Johns is on outbreak). He said that triple vax is the best right now and that it should last for about 6 months before the next booster. So 6 months from when they got their third.

Depends on when they got their third one. I’d have to double check but there’s a period of time between shoots you have to wait to allow the vaccine to build up in your system.

you haveto wait something like 3 months after you've had covid. I would call telehealth ontario to ask them.
The boys just got their 3rd  booster last week and abee the week before. we are good for the 6th wave.

The 4th shot is also only allowed for 60+ at this time.

Mom and dad got their booster in January, so I guess they won’t be eligible for another until July.
