International Women's Day (IWD) is marked March 8th every year. 
It is an important period set aside to recognize how women have influenced the various sectors of society. Women Techmakers Uyo will celebrate her International Women day the Tech way. Schedule as follows:

Theme: Building a New Horizon

Date: 27th April, 2018

Venue: Start Innovation Hub, G-11 Ground floor, Ibom e-Library, Uyo.

Time: 9:00 AM Prompt

We encourage everyone irrespective of gender to partake in the event. We will have hands on coding, Android things and Introduction to Machine Learning plus User experience Design, Digital Media Marketing and Fireside chat sessions as we dive into "Building A New Horizon to enhance the tech ecosystem" and of course not forgetting Lunch break and Kahoot sessions with wonderful prices to be won.
