Excellent opportunity for a Senior UX Designer to work as part of a growing team here at ANZ Digital.
Our Digital CX team is growing really rapidly, we are looking to double the size of our Melbourne team, it’s therefore a pretty auspicious time to join as getting in early on the growth is likely to mean enhanced future opportunities.
There’s a tonne of exciting stuff happening here as well – we’re at an inflection point where we want to drive some serious delivery on our major platforms and our new Digital Banking Executive - Maile Carnegie - arrives in the 2 weeks from Google Australia which she ran.
We’ve also recently built an Experience Centre here at ANZ – a space custom made for us to bring in customers and test our designs in a state-of-the-art environment, which we think is unique in Australia. We’ve also had huge success with Apple/Android Pay and our new Internet Banking redesign and they’re just the beginning.
We really believe in providing a great work life balance, flexible working hours and discounts on ANZ products including mortgages. We also take time to hang out & have fun together. It’s a chance to talk shop, swap tips and tricks or just chat about life outside ANZ. For instance we recently had a Bastille Day event gathering around for hot croissants & French strawberry jam. What better way to start a Melbourne morning!
