Special Event: Leisa Reichelt and Kirsten Mann

Coming up in October we have a special event that’s being proudly brought to you by Aconex, Product Anonymous, The UX Design Group of Melbourne and UX Melbourne.

Our special guest is Leisa Reichelt who was until recently the Head of User Research at the Government Digital Service in the UK. She recently moved back to Australia to join the Digital Transformation Office, and will be talking about her mission to bring great service design and user experience to government. Also speaking will be Kirsten Mann who is the General Manager of Global Design and Experience at Aconex. Kirsten is responsible for leading the experience across all Aconex products, internal systems and online support, as well as driving Aconex’s ongoing transformational journey. She will talk about applying UX Strategy to optimise the support experience.
