For our first movie of the year, we have a behind the scenes look at a product that failed, Facebook Home.

Facebook Home’s designers present their work, high-level goals, process and design tools such as Quartz Composer, to launch the first version of Facebook Home.

Despite all these efforts and high expectations, Facebook Home failed to the point that Facebook had to release a guide on how to disable the application.

When is it?

Thursday, 27 March 2014.
Come down to the bar when you finish work, we’ll roll the film at 6:30 PM.

Nothing, it’s absolutely free. (Just turn up and buy something from the bar to thank them for their support of UX Melbourne.)
