• Review Your Test Plans (Please send them if you have them!)
• Now that you’ve reviewed the Canada Helps site, please send
your test plan
• Please contact your test subjects and schedule them (list of
dates coming in separate email)

• Persuasive Web Design with Andrew Chak
• Covering the elements of persuasive design and cognition

• Design Exercise
• If we have time I’m going to have the group redesign an
existing transactional web page
