Hi all,
One of my long-term clients is looking for support with a series of projects over the next year. There's one to do with evaluation and redesign of their online customer service proposition that needs some indepth work over the next couple of months, and then they are looking to do iterative user testing on a number of assets, on a 6-weekly basis over the next year.
Sadly I can't take it on due to other commitments. They are a lovely team to work with, so I'd like to recomend some people who might be able to help.
