Good afternoon all,

This is just a reminder about the UX Book Club meet up that is happening tomorrow, 23rd June.

We
ll be discussing Designing Interactions by Bill Moggridge. Please jot down and bring along: things in the book that really struck a chord; and things they either hated, disagreed with; or don't understand.

Come along even if you havent managed to read the book! This first meet up will also be a good opportunity to talk about the future of the Book Club.

When:
7.30pm, this Tuesday 23rd June
Where: The
Skiff, Brighton (http://theskiff.org/)
Price: Free, but
please sign up if you are planning to attend so we have an idea of the numbers: http://upcoming.yahoo.com/event/2656093/?ps=5

Look forward to see you all there.

Cool :)

I just managed to read one third of it... It's a very big book!

The great thing about the book is that you can dip in and out of different parts. You do not need to read it from start to end (I have), but you don't have to.

So if you have not read the whole book, read the parts that interest you. Current fads that the book covers is Service Design.

Also worth mentioning is how many of the people in the book are originally from the UK, but needed to move to the US to be taken seriously.
