Don't forget that it's UX Book Club tonight. We are really lucky to have Sam Ladner, the author of the super-user book Practical Ethnography: A Guide to Doing Ethnography in the Private Sector coming down from Seattle to talk to us. It should be a really great evening. If you've not finished the book, then don't worry—you're more than welcome to come along and join the discussion.
