Hi, all

After looking after this book club for the past three-ish years, I need to give it up. It's definitely a fun thing to do, but with an increasingly busy job and a family, spare time is something I don't really have these days. We've read some really good books and have usually had the author present, which has been fun. I'd rather not see the book club limp along, so if you want to take over the reins, email me directly and let's talk.

I hope you all have a good Thanksgiving.

Francis

I don't think I'm the right person to take over. However, I've really appreciated your leadership. This has been a great group. It has been instrumental in my introduction to UX.

Francis, thanks for all you've done for this group. Let me know if there are any small ways I can help.

Yes, thank you Francis for all your work and leadership with this group!

Everyone else, Francis has passed the baton to me. Stay tuned for our next book title and meet-up details. I'll post the title soon in case the holidays afford you some extra reading time or gift cards to spend.

Cheers,

Brian

Hey there!

This is Kathryn from CHIFOO. I was hoping to post your next event on our website. I saw that you have a new book (looks good!)- when and where were you meeting up to discuss it?

Hi Kathryn,

Thanks for your message. We are still working on venue. I haven't heard back yet from our old, usual venue, Mozilla, so if anyone has any leads on another option, let me know!

I'll be sure to let everyone know as soon as I know any more details.

Hi,

Sorry about the radio silence regarding hosting at Mozilla. I have multiple other commitments at the moment, so I can’t host.

Thanks,
Bill
