Local game startup with some real potential looking for UX help; added bonus for UI chops

Hey guys, been a while. I'm posting this on behalf of one of the companies coming through TechStars Boulder 2013 that has an immediate and urgent need for some game ux help. From my estimate there is need for some user research, personas, task flows and wireframes (also visual design, but there is a HackStar here that might be helping out with that so if that's not your thing he could work with you to skin them up, but having visual design skills could be a huge added bonus). These guys are really smart and I wish I had the skills (gamification experience in particular) and scope to help them, I'd but would be doing more harm than good if I did.

Anyone out there have some great experience crafting great game experiences? Their focus is particularly on 'fantasy' sports type games, dealing with users across a wide range of demographics, a good amount of data and crafting a simple and enjoyable mobile first experience for more 'recreational' fantasy sports gamers.
