Four of us met on Sat. May 22 to discuss the Redish book and what's
next for this UX book club.
Thoughts:
Saturdays have had at least 4 people attending. I can't attend on
Wed., but it sounds like that night has been less consistent. What
do you think? Have you wanted to attend but didn't because it was
middle of the week?
The Midway/Beltline Starbucks has been a good location for 4-6 people
meeting. What do you think? Is that a central enough location.
Should we keep meeting there or nearby? Or keep shifting it around?
Also, we talked about going back to the every other month schedule, as
maybe people are too busy to read a UX book every month. (Certainly
true for me.) Any other thoughts?
Finally, Elissa Miller volunteered to do a survey again for what books
to choose. Send your book recommendations to her. We thought maybe
just choose 6 months in advance rather than a year in advance.
