I have read some of Dan Brown's Communicating Design book. It's very
good, but focused *solely* on crafting deliverables (competitor
analyses, content inventories, site maps, wireframes, etc.) and
presenting the information to clients, and *not* on UX methods and
practices. (Dan Brown states this in the beginning of the book.)
My vote for a UX-related book would be either for Communicating Design
*if* we made time for a deliverables show-and-tell and soft critique.
I'd love to see other UX practitioners' deliverables as well as get
feedback on some of mine.
My vote for a 'non-UX' (although still very pertinent) book would be
the Definitive Book of Body Language.
