UWONET is seeking services of an independent consultant (s)  to undertake the development of a Training Manual and Handbook for Young female leaders. These documents will enhance young women’s civic engagement and sharpen their leadership capabilities for effective gender responsive accountability and decision making.

Through the assignment, the consultant is expected to;

1. To develop a training manual for young female leaders. The manual will be informed by existing literature and the findings of the capacity needs assessment on limitations of young female participation in leadership and decision-making processes.

1. Develop a simplified handbook for young female leaders. The handbook will be based on the existing information materials on women leadership and findings from the capacity needs assessment.

The developed training manual and handbook for young female leaders will provide reference on skills and knowledge building to strengthen effective and meaningful participation in leadership and decision making at different levels.

3. Technical/narrative proposal
4. Financial proposal
