Changes to Anti-Virus Website

CHANGE SUMMARY:
The Windows section of the Anti-Virus website has been
divided up into a "Home or Office PC" section and a "Network
Server" section. This was done in response to user comments.
DETAIL:
cd /web/www/its/sitelicense/anti-virus
cp windows.html windows-home.html
cp windows.html windows-server.html
emacs index.html (to change the javascript redirect on this page)
emacs windows-home.html (update the page for home users)
emacs windows-server.html (update the page for server users)
chmod 755 windows-*.html
