Dreamscapes and action plans

Hello MANIACS,

Well the orchard dreamscape is starting to take form and gain momentum
and I was hoping to get a bit of advice from your inspiring minds. In
starting a new business venture and or expanding on an existing
project/venture what are three questions you wish you would have asked
in the start up mode? What are three resources you wish you had access
to?

Also, speaking of resource needs, would anyone be interested in being
on my editing team? We are putting together a few grants/funding
proposals in collaboration with a few others and it would be great to
have a third party set of eyes that are not deeply immersed in the
'dirt' of things.
