our next UW-MANIAC Breakfast: Thursday, May 29th (8am-9:30am) we will
be welcoming Laurie Greenberg of Cultural Landscapes, LLC, for a
lively conversation about cheese! Specifically, her focus will be on
innovations in the WI artisanal cheese industry... finding and
creating special niches and approaches to speciality cheeses... Come
