PARMACUP 2011 - 10th September REMINDER

Hi All,

Attached is some updated info for the Parmacup 2011 tournament on Saturday 10th September. So far we don't have much of a team - just two yes with one no and six maybes, but we have a 100% attendance record at this tournament, so let's keep it going!

Thank you for the many emails you sent us asking about the tournament.   We want to remind you that in order to finalize the subscription you have to: 1. Fill out the online form through this link and specify the type of payment (following point) 2. Make the payment (TOURNAMENT FEE): via bank transaction (SUGGESTED) (120 EUROS) by cash at the tournament (150 EUROS) 3. Let us know if you need to reserve the HOSTEL for your team (SEND US AN EMAIL in...@parmacup.com). This is the only way to get beds at the hostel, please don't contact them directly. We suggest you make just one bank transaction with the total amount ( TOURNAMENT FEE + HOSTEL) directly to us, once we have confirmed you the availability left.   4. The money for the dinner-party will be collected the day of the tournament at the captain meeting.   IMP. For who's interested in booking the hostel: The receptivity won't allow a bed for you all, so the available rooms will be assigned to the firsts who finalize the payment (not just the confirmation by email). Hello All,

I bought today my ticket back to Colombia- 3 weeks holidays. It's a shame I'll miss it. I've just updated the Doodle poll.

You're right Martin, 100 percent attendance, and most important we've been doing better and better at this tournament. Last year we finished 9th. We went up 7 places 

compared to the 2009 one. 

Also, the food and the party are overwhelming.

Hi All,

I appear from the Doodle to be the only player going to Parma, so have decided instead to accept an invitation to go sailing around the Baleirics.

If any of the "maybes" would like to take over the organisation, registration and booking of accommodation for a team for this tournament, I would be happy to support them. All details below.

And even if no one registers a Swiss team for this tournament, it is always possible to decide at the last minute to go as an individual. There are always teams at any club tournament that would welcome an extra player. Just drop an email to in...@parmacup.com to let the organisers know that you want to play.
