Dear UWH friends!

 

Our great spring tournament is coming soon!

 

Thereby, we would like to encourage to you to send us following informations

till 24th April (to jitka.k...@gmail.com):

 

1)       Name of your team and country (if you are a single player, just write your name and position you would like to play)

 

2)       Number of players in your team

 

3)       Would you like us to reserve you an accommodation? If yes, for how many persons and nights?

 

4)       How many players will join the party? Please, write us your decision about the meal:

         a) chicken breast with cranberry sauce and potatoes,

         b) hot meat dish with rice,

         c) pieces of brocoli with potatoes and cheese

 

 

5)       You can also order cool black T-shirts with our tournament piggy (see attachment of this email). If you are interested, just write us your size (S, M, L, XL), lady / man, and number of T-shirts till 31st of March. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer you T-shirts that you do not order in advance. One T-shirt will be for 10,- E and you will get them at the registration.

Have you done any preparation or registration for the BUD Pig, or
should Molly and I just take care of ourselves and see you there?

Hi Craig, Hi Molly,

No, I haven't registered a team, because according to the Doodle we are only 5x yes (counting Bram & Niels' entry as two) and 2x maybe.

I told Jitka a while ago that some of us will be coming, but that we are so far not enough to make a team, and that has not changed. So I'll give her an update with what we have and see you there.

Saturday 7th May, Ceske Budejovice (Budvar), Czech Republic if anyone else is interested.

I'll forward the mail with the T-shirt separately. Today is the last day for orders.
