I am gearing up to beef up our official institutional social media platforms and am wondering if any of you have insights to which platforms are the most successful and most used in higher-ed — Twitter & Facebook of course, but does anyone have insights
into research to support which ones and why? Would be interested to hear your thoughts. Any policies/procedures you found the most valuable or wish you had taken into consideration? I always think it is best to gather information from those who have been
there, done that.
Of course we all know the famous donut comparison chart, but that is kind of tough to present to the powers that be :-)
Thanks!
