I might add that I have managed hundreds of online communities in various permutations of apps. Still have a bunch in Ning communities and other places.

The UWEBD list is the easiest one to manage, ever. Nothing but sane, reasonable, intelligent, hard-working professionals.

P.S. I still highly recommend the Ning community, cuwebd,ning.com, which has grown into a robust network under Mark Greenfield's management.
