Hello everyone!
The next Young Adult Stroke Survivors meeting is planned for
this Saturday, June 16. Survivors and caregivers are encouraged to
attend.

Where: Back at the usual location: TCU Auditorium at Northwest Hospital Rehab Center
When: Saturday: 2pm - 4pm
UW Caregivers will be holding a Caregiver's Support group
from 3pm - 4pm
