Hello everyone!
The next Young Adult Stroke Survivors meeting is planned for
this Saturday, May 19. Survivors and caregivers are encouraged to
attend.
Where: Easy Street at Northwest Hospital Rehab Center
When: Saturday (5/19): 2pm* - 4pm
UW Caregivers will be holding a Caregiver's Support group
from 3pm - 4pm
We hope to see you there!
