FREE boat Dive - included with a fun, social, club activity - Friday 26th Feb

Hello All,

 

The time has come again to man a stall for the annual University Open Day membership drive and general spruiking of the club to the student masses.

 

The day will run from about 8:30 to 4:30 on Friday the 26th Feb ( holy cr@p – next b[oody week ) and we need some willing volunteers to help sign up new members, talk about the club and answer general questions.

 

Any volunteer who can give about 3-4 hours of their time on the day will get a free Rotto boat trip voucher as compensation.

 

Some volunteer pre-reading will be supplied beforehand and all materials for the day, including forms, information sheets, decorations, sunscreen and Large water pistols to defend against roaming hooligans on a hot summer day.

 

So you just need to let me know as soon as possible if you are available to help and a preferred time, either the morning or afternoon shifts. ( 8:30-12:30, 12:30-4:30 or 10:00-2:00 peak fill )

 

Previous years have been fun and interesting and the more volunteers we have the less everyone needs to do.
