2016 Annual General Meeting

It’s that time of year again, an opportunity to look back at what we have accomplished over the past year and layout our plans for the coming one. Join us as we thank those that have helped us to keep the club running and elect the committee that will see us through the next 12 months. It is also a great opportunity to raise any queries or questions that you may have, meet fellow club members and find out how you can help out with keeping the club running.
If you are unable to make it to the AGM this year but would like to provide some input or volunteer for any positions then please do not hesitate to contact myself or any of the committee members. If you can’t join us, it would be very much appreciated if you could fill out the attached proxy form and return it to James Gavshon or Blair McCallum before the meeting as it is important for us to have sufficient representation (in person or by proxy).
