Hull cleaning

Hi guys, my names is Andres Felipe Gonzalez and I am member from UWAUC who recently joined during O-week at the University of Western Australia. I was looking for a casual job and found one as hull cleaner, but the ad says that "remunaration is negotiable on experience/qualifications". The employer will provide the diving equipment, and since I dont know the market and it is something new for me, I have no idea which will is a fair/un-fair salary, therefore I wanted to ask if by any chance you, or someone you might know, know a baseline where I could start negotiating? This will help me a lot if they decide to choose me.
