Hey everyone,
We have started work on our first event for this term. The Basant Festival has been planned for this Thursday, June 3rd 2010. This will be an open-to-all event in the Green between PAC and BMH starting 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Since this is an all day event, we are looking for a group of volunteers who can do 4 hour shifts, either in the morning or afternoon, or even both if possible. Free food (Tikkas, burgers - you get the picture) will be provided to the volunteers.
For those of you who are interested, please fill in the sign-up sheet through the following link (https://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=0Anihrve6qbBqdEwzUTY5N1UzdWJYQzUyaTZlWGxsSlE&hl=en) by Sunday May 30th.
PS: Yes, we do have kites!
