Friends of Campus Cats happily assisted in the rescue of three beautiful
kittens over the weekend. They were rescued from a woodshed on Guemes
Island (one of the San Juan islands) and are in the care of their rescuers
in North Seattle. They will soon need a lifelong home of their own.
Three black fuzzballs with green eyes, 8-9 weeks old, one male and two
females. The male and one female possibly medium longhair, the smallest
female has short plushy fur. All in apparent very good health. Wormed,
started on distemper shots. Born wild but have had good contact with kind
people and are responding very well to hands-on socialization. These are
not Campus Cats but are almost as good! I can attest to their
adorableness first-hand and have held them all. Their mother, Inky, a
tame abandoned pet, is being adopted by her rescuers and will be one of
the interviewers for adoption.
Those interested in adoption may contact Sharon (another Sharon) at
sha...@ee.u.washington.edu or telephone (206) 362-9049.
