Isn't there already a newsgroup called uw.watstar for stars visible from
Waterloo? They should have called this uw.watstar.polaris.

Hopefully, we'll soon have uw.watstar.alpha-centuri.

Maybe uw.watstar.sirius? Can we have a uw.watstar.constellations too?

Sol is visible from Waterloo?

When did that happen?

Ya, but when I go outside, I can see lots of other stars, and even the
moon, but I thought the purpose of sol was to warm our collective backsides?
(of the planet, that is. . .)
