HP-9000 L-Class versus Sun Enterprise 450

We planned to buy a brand new Unix server. We already use a DG-UX Aviion.
We have a home-build multi-user system in text-mode. We planned also to do
e-business. Now, we want to know which between HP-9000 L-Class and Sun
Enterprise 450 is the best for us.

i hear a lot of ebusinesses use sun boxes. e450 seems like the choice
i'd make

Even the newer DG's are OK. What you really should be asking is what
software you want to run on it 1st. Most vendors port to SUN first for
their UNIX ports so more s/w is generally available for SUN's. HP's are
OK but typically a year or more behind SUN as fas as features.
