Default password for new users

Hi..
I have a simple question but not sure is there any solution, I want to
assign a default password for all new added users for useradd command, or
using scoadmin account manager (I'm using sco unixware 7.0.1), can I do
that?? I saw some documentation on useradd, seems there's some parameter
like FORCED_PASS, but I don't know what passgen means... can any expert help
me on this?? Thanks a lot!!
