a phone call from a parent who asked if I would make the following
announcement available to undergraduate students.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED TO
WORK AS A TEAM MEMBER WITH A
DEVELOPMENTALLY DELAYED CHILD ON AN IN-HOME PROGRAM
-Applicant must be
mature, enthusiastic, energetic and creative.
-Commitment of at least three months (June - July - August).
-4 Hours/Week in 2 hr segments (10:00 am - 12:00 pm & 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm) (Monday-Friday) You choose the days & 2 hr segments which suit you.
-Must have experience with children.
-Must be 18 years or older.
-Own transportation required.
PLEASE NOTE:
-Will be required to attend an Occupational/Speech/Physio Training Workshop.
-Police Records Check will be required.
-Two References required.
***This is an excellent opportunity for students who will be working in a field involving children or children with special needs.***
