Do you think that you could come up with a more general name (like
maybe your class name)? I'm assuming that you'd like to continue
to use this group after this term, and then someone will suggest
a change to uw.syde.syde1b, then uw.syde.syde2a, usw.

The E&CE dept has been using the scheme above for a number of years now
(uw.ece.com1a -> uw.ece.com4b and uw.ece.ele1a -> uw.ece.ele4b). It works
well.. we have no problems moving from one group to the other term to
term.

I would suggest creating all the groups (uw.syde.sydeXX) and letting the
syssies figure it out.
