The campus newsgroup server is managed by IST. Requests for
newsgroup-related support can be posted to the uw.newsgroups group or
sent via email to request@ist.

In general, reports of computer or network abuse can be reported via
email. See http://ist.uwaterloo.ca/directives/complaints.html#repo for
the appropriate email addresses.
