The terminal in the realtime lab keep going up and down. (i.e. apps stop
responding and they are just sit on the screen)
Can someone tell me why this is happening and what action is being taken
to prevent it from happening in the future?

Well, you have a bunch of people stumped. This problem was also happening
last term. We thought we fixed it Oct 7. Nov 19 was the first report of
its return. So far, the existing logs show no unusual activity on fe10
or the lab portion of the network. I've written a program to monitor
connectivity between fe10 and the thin clients. To disprove half the
current theories, it would really help if you told me each time one of
these events happen, when it started, and how long it lasted.
